Founder Story

At AB InBev, I learned the inner workings of the beer industry from the inside out. I gained a deep understanding of how the big players dominate both on- and off-trade markets, and more importantly, where the opportunities lie for smaller, more agile brands to break through. 

I’ve also invested in my own expertise, earning formal beer qualifications that allow me to speak the language of brewers, buyers, and consumers with authority and passion. 

But it was my time at Ceuta Healthcare, managing a £40 million client portfolio in a syndicated sales model, that truly shaped the vision for Syndiacted. I saw how multiple brands could thrive under a shared commercial strategy - reducing costs, increasing reach, and delivering real ROI. I led teams, built relationships, and delivered results in a complex, multi-brand environment. That experience is the blueprint for what we’re building now. 

Syndicated is the natural evolution of everything I’ve learned: a powerful, professional sales force that gives independent drinks brands the scale, structure, and selling power they need, without sacrificing their independence or identity.
